Welcome to a weekend of being with your Process
We invite you immerse in your body, mind, and heart over three days of group practice, discussion, and guided unraveling through reflection. While the weekend will be rooted in yogic tradition, we will deepen in Practice together beyond asana.

What to expect:
The immersion will be held virtually from November 1st through the 3rd
Friday 5:30-7:30pm EST, Saturday and Sunday 11am-1pm EST
Preparation material the week prior to ground you for grounding into the weekend
Registration before October 21 guarantees participants will receive their own set of therapy balls and comprehensive workshop by mail. Signs ups after the 21st will need to acquire their own therapy balls and will receive the worksheet by email.
Group opening & introduction to the weekend on Friday evening
3, 2 hour modules over Friday, Saturday, and Sunday that include a physical practice, group connection, and personal reflection
Fall season informed movement, themes, and practical takeaways
Re-connection to yourself in a layers focused method so that all of you is invited to open gently
An expanded practice community and openings to continue integrating

Please note: We 100% of the time encourage that participants take care of themselves through the weekend through modifications and listening from within. However, this course is not suitable for beginners.
What makes the weekend successful
Intentional preparation leading up to the weekend- please complete the 2-3 hours of meditation, journaling, practice, and podcast walk so that your body, mind, and heart feel aligned as we step in together
Cultivate your own intentions and address roadblocks- what would make your intentions more available to you? What would loosen your blocks or hesitations?
Consider a dedicated space that’s quiet and spacious enough for movement
Invite your practice community to do this work with you
Trust the authenticity of the facilitators and what they’ve chosen to offer- it’s from a place of deep admiration of the practice of yoga, and a commitment to forever growing with it
